Our office hours are generally Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The telephone is answered during these hours.

Before or after these hours, if you simply want to cancel an appointment or give us some information, please leave a message on our answering machine. The customer service staff will receive the message during normal hours. You may also communicate by e-mail or fax where appropriate.

To know the difference between a repair appointment and an emergency appointment, visit that section of our site. If you need a repair appointment please call the office on the following day between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to schedule the appointment.

After Hours Emergency Protocol: If you call outside normal office hours our answering machine announcement will give you Dr Newhart's beeper number or his cellular telephone number. If the doctor does not answer, leave your name, the patient name, and the telephone number where you can be reached. The doctor will call you back shortly.

Dr. Newhart will arrange to see you during off hours if needed, so please do not hesitate to explain your problem to him.
